So we're back. Five minutes after creating my blog and writing my first post, I closed my computer and completely forgot what my blog address was and how to find it. Today, almost two months later, I figured it out.
So the last two months, lets catch everyone (I think my Dad is the only one who reads this) up. I toured eastern China with my friend Butch Bradley a month or so back, who is a whole giant ball of party. He also happens to be an amazing comedian and you must check him out when he stops by your town.
You can get to his website here, but really the best way to describe a Butch Bradley show is to imagine going to the best house party you have ever been to hosted by a guy ten times funnier than the funniest dude you knew in college. At different points throughout the tour I saw him pick up a lady's cell phone in the front row and call her husband in Taiwan, riff a 15 minute bit about an Italian audience member named Marco Defabio, and invite everyone to a karaoke (think Lost in Translation) bar across the street from the club after the for my 31st birthday. So yes, I turned 31 and yet still look 14. People keep telling me that I will be happy when I am old as I will look young, but most 75 year old people I see just look 75. I've never seen a 75 year old and been blown away that he wasn't 27. Anyway, at this point I'd settle for 17 or 18.
Just this past weekend I did a show with Seattle comedian Brad Upton at the MGM in Macau. It was a blast and I want to go back soon, but it's now 6:30pm and I need some dinner, so lets save that for the next entry.
